Trade alerts are issued only when Eternal Trading identifies a qualifying opportunity. There is no guarantee that an alert will occur during your 7-day trial. Eternal Trading does not force trades to ensure an alert is sent during the trial period.

What does an Eternal Trading alert include?+

Entry alerts identify the SPY option expiration, strike, Call/Put, contract entry price, position sizing, SPY price at entry, and entry time. Exit alerts record partial or final exits with the applicable sell price and realized results.

How are alerts delivered?+

Eligible subscribers receive in-app notifications automatically. Email alerts can also be enabled or disabled in Notification settings.

Will I definitely receive an alert during the 7-day trial?+

No. Eternal Trading only issues an alert when a qualifying opportunity is identified. Trades are not forced simply to ensure activity during a trial period.

Does the trial require a payment method?+

Yes. Stripe securely collects the payment method when the trial begins. For eligible new subscribers, the first $30 monthly charge occurs after the seven-day trial unless the subscription is canceled.

Can I review prior performance?+

Public visitors can see aggregate current-year performance. Subscribers can review individual trade history and realized results inside the platform.

How do I cancel?+

Subscribers can cancel online from Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing through the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $30 charge, or before a later renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.

Are subscription payments refundable?+

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed except where a refund is required by applicable law or another exception in the Eternal Trading Refund Policy applies. There are no prorated credits for partial billing periods.
