This Privacy Policy applies to Eternal Trading LLC ("Eternal Trading," "we," "us," or "our") and the Eternal Trading website, platform, account system, subscriber features, support communications, and related online services (collectively, the "Service").

Third-party websites, applications, payment systems, market-data widgets, and other services linked from or embedded in Eternal Trading may have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control those third parties.

The categories of personal information we may collect include the following:

• Account and profile information: email address, first and last name when provided, username when provided, account identifiers, authentication provider information, and account status.
• Subscription and billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, trial dates, billing-period dates, cancellation status, and limited payment-related metadata made available by Stripe. Eternal Trading does not directly store your full payment-card number.
• Notification and communication information: email-alert preferences, in-app notification status, read or unread status, alert-delivery records, support messages, and other communications you send to us.
• Platform activity and analytics: account-registration timing, feature usage, access status, presence or session activity used for operational analytics, concurrency measurements, and similar service-usage information.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device or operating-system information, log information, cookies or similar session technologies, request timing, error information, and security-related events that may be generated by Eternal Trading or its infrastructure providers.

We may collect personal information:

• directly from you when you register, update settings, subscribe, or contact support;
• automatically when you use the website or platform;
• from authentication providers when you choose an external sign-in method such as Google;
• from Stripe when you start, manage, renew, cancel, or experience a billing event for a subscription; and
• from service providers that help us host, secure, deliver, and monitor the Service.

We may use personal information to:

• create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your account;
• determine subscription and platform-access status;
• provide in-app notifications and optional email alerts;
• process and administer subscriptions and billing through Stripe;
• provide account, billing, and customer support;
• operate analytics used to understand registration, subscription lifecycle, platform presence, and service reliability;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents;
• debug, maintain, improve, and develop the Service;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations; and
• enforce our Terms of Service and protect Eternal Trading, users, and third parties.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate the Service. Depending on the feature you use, these parties may include:

• Supabase for database hosting, authentication, account sessions, and related backend infrastructure;
• Vercel for website and application hosting, deployment, networking, and operational infrastructure;
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, subscription administration, invoices, and the customer billing portal;
• Resend for transactional and trade-alert email delivery;
• Google Workspace for customer-support email communications and Google services used by Eternal Trading;
• Google when you choose Google authentication or other Google features;
• TradingView for embedded market-reference functionality displayed within the Service; and
• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, government authorities, courts, or law-enforcement agencies when disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Stripe processes payment-card information used for Eternal Trading subscriptions. Eternal Trading does not directly collect or store your full credit-card or debit-card number in its application database. Stripe may provide Eternal Trading with subscription, customer, invoice, billing-status, and limited payment-method information needed to operate the subscription.

Eternal Trading and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, maintain account sessions, protect the Service, remember preferences, and operate website or platform functionality.

Embedded or third-party services, including market-data or authentication providers, may collect technical information or use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. Eternal Trading does not control every technology used by an independent third party.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no single universally accepted technical standard for all Do Not Track signals, Eternal Trading does not currently change its general Service behavior solely in response to a browser Do Not Track setting.

Eternal Trading does not sell personal information for money and does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If applicable law later requires Eternal Trading to recognize a browser-based opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control for a particular data practice, we will implement the required response for that practice.

Third-party services embedded in or linked from Eternal Trading may collect information about your device or activity according to their own technologies and privacy policies. For example, a market-data widget or external authentication provider may receive technical information when its component is loaded or used.

Eternal Trading does not use third-party behavioral advertising as a core feature of the Service, but we cannot control whether an independent third party combines information it receives from its services with information from other websites where it operates.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, administer subscriptions, maintain security and fraud records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve legitimate business records.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. For example, billing and transaction records may need to be retained longer than temporary session information.

Eternal Trading uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures include use of established third-party infrastructure providers, account authentication, access controls, and encrypted network connections where supported.

No online system, database, transmission method, or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting access to your account and email address.

Certain account information can be reviewed or changed through Eternal Trading account settings. You may also contact support@eternaltrading.app to request assistance with access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We may retain information when required by law or when reasonably necessary for billing records, fraud prevention, security, disputes, enforcement, or other legitimate legal and operational purposes.

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may depend on whether a particular privacy law applies to Eternal Trading at the time of your request. Where applicable law grants you rights concerning your personal information, Eternal Trading will process qualifying requests as required by that law.

Eternal Trading is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly offer subscriptions to children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Eternal Trading, contact us so we can evaluate and address the issue.

Eternal Trading is operated from the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, by email, by a notice on the website, or through another reasonable method. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated when the Policy changes.
