You can lose your entire investment
Options can lose value rapidly and may expire worthless. An options buyer can lose the entire premium paid, and certain options strategies can create losses greater than the amount initially invested.
Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
1. General market information and alerts
Eternal Trading provides market information, SPY options alerts, trade records, and performance information as part of a general subscription service. The Service is not customized to your personal financial circumstances, portfolio, objectives, income, net worth, tax status, investment experience, or risk tolerance.
An alert reflects Eternal Trading's general methodology and does not mean that a particular trade is appropriate for you. You are responsible for independently evaluating every trade and deciding whether, when, and how to act.
2. Eternal Trading does not execute your trades
Eternal Trading does not place orders in your brokerage account, custody customer trading funds, control your account, guarantee order execution, or guarantee that you will receive the same price, fill, return, or result displayed in an alert or trade record.
You must use your own brokerage account and independently submit, modify, and cancel your own orders.
3. Options-specific risks
Options trading may involve risks including:
- rapid or complete loss of the premium paid for an option;
- large price changes caused by volatility, news, market gaps, or changes in the underlying security;
- expiration risk and accelerated time decay, particularly for short-dated or same-day-expiration options;
- wide bid-ask spreads, reduced liquidity, and difficulty obtaining a desired fill;
- exercise, assignment, settlement, and broker-specific risks where applicable;
- trading restrictions, margin requirements, or risk controls imposed by your broker;
- losses greater than the initial investment for certain options strategies; and
- technology, connectivity, and order-entry failures during fast markets.
4. Short-dated and 0DTE options
Some Eternal Trading records or alerts may involve short-dated options, including options expiring on the same trading day. Short-dated options can experience very rapid changes in value and may lose substantially all of their value over a short period of time.
A small move in SPY, a change in implied volatility, the passage of time, or a delay in execution can materially change an option's price. You should understand these risks before trading any short-dated option.
5. Alert timing and delivery risk
Eternal Trading may deliver alerts through in-app notifications and optional email. No delivery channel is guaranteed to be instantaneous or uninterrupted.
Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, filtered, or unavailable because of internet connectivity, browser or device settings, email-provider filtering, service-provider outages, maintenance, database or hosting issues, or other technical conditions.
Never assume that the absence of an Eternal Trading notification means that no market action is required in a position you chose to open. You remain responsible for monitoring your own brokerage account and positions.
6. Execution prices may differ
Options prices can change quickly. The contract price displayed in an Eternal Trading alert or trade record is not a guarantee that you can buy or sell at that price.
Your actual result may differ because of slippage, bid-ask spreads, market movement, order type, liquidity, broker routing, execution speed, position size, or other market conditions.
7. Market-price references may be delayed
Market-price information displayed by Eternal Trading may be supplied by a third-party widget and may be delayed. Any price labeled as a delayed market reference is for informational reference only and should not be relied on as an executable quote.
Use your broker or trading platform as the source of truth for current market prices, executable quotes, order status, and fills.
8. Past performance does not predict future results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. A prior winning percentage, realized profit, profitable trade, losing trade, or historical sequence does not mean that similar results will occur in the future.
Market conditions change. A methodology that performed favorably during one period can perform differently or lose money during another period.
9. Historical and backfilled trade records
Eternal Trading may include records designated as historical. Historical records may have been entered into the platform after the original trade date for recordkeeping and performance presentation.
A historical record does not represent that Eternal Trading delivered a contemporaneous in-app or email alert at the historical entry or exit time. Historical records should therefore not be treated as proof of real-time alert delivery or subscriber execution.
10. Performance calculations have limitations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed realized profit and loss is based on the contract prices and contract quantities recorded by Eternal Trading. Your actual account result can differ materially.
Displayed results may not include every cost or factor affecting a real brokerage account, including:
- brokerage commissions;
- exchange, regulatory, or contract fees;
- taxes;
- bid-ask spreads;
- slippage;
- differences in order size or execution timing;
- different entry or exit prices; or
- other broker- or account-specific costs.
11. No guaranteed alert frequency or results
Eternal Trading does not guarantee a minimum number of alerts, a particular frequency of trades, a profitable trade, a winning percentage, a return target, or any other trading result.
Trade alerts are issued only when Eternal Trading identifies a qualifying opportunity. There is no guarantee that an alert will occur during a free trial, a billing period, or any other specified period.
12. Your decisions and risk management are your responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether options trading is appropriate for you, selecting your position size, setting your own risk limits, choosing order types, monitoring your account, and deciding when to enter or exit.
Consider consulting qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making decisions that could materially affect your finances.
13. Third-party services
Eternal Trading relies on third-party technology and services for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and market-reference displays. Eternal Trading does not control the availability, timing, accuracy, or security of every independent third-party service.
14. Acknowledgment
By using Eternal Trading in connection with trading activity, you acknowledge that options trading involves substantial risk, that losses are possible, that alerts and performance information are not guarantees, and that you remain solely responsible for your own brokerage account and trading decisions.
